1994年生まれ　滋賀県在住　2016年よりやまなみ工房に所属 彼が描いているのは彼の世界に生息している生物や世界の風景を切り取ったものが中心となっている。その画風は自身の感情や環境の変化によって異なり、感情に任せて描くものや、意識的に世界観を表出するものと様々である。 共通しているのは、それぞれに描かれている『目』が大きな意味を持っているということだ。 例えば彼が生物図鑑のようなものだと語る作品は、目から描き始めそれが卵のような役割を担っている。目から生まれた生物たちは描かれる途中で形を変え、彼が最初にイメージしたものとは全く違うものが生まれることもあるという。また、物語のひとつの場面のような絵画は自身の感情や描いている時の不安感など負の感情が表出されているようである。画面に円を描いてあるような作品は、感情を主に題材としており、描かれた円は目や心臓や脳などの人間の重要な器官を表現している。

Born in 1994, residing in Shiga Prefecture and a member of ATELIER YAMANAMI since 2016. The creatures and landscapes Yoshida draws are all things that he sees in his own world. Yamane’s art style changes depending on his mood and the environment he is in. Sometimes he will draw on impulse or engage in a conscious session of drawing his perception of the world. The only thing that remains consistent in his artwork is a depiction of an ‘eye’ which holds an important but unknown meaning. For example, if Yamane sets out to draw something from an illustrated encyclopedia of natural life forms, he starts by drawing an eye. The creatures that are born from the eye change as they take shape, turning into something that Yamane did not anticipate at the beginning. Drawings that depict scenes from stories seem to reflect Yamane’s negative emotions of anxiety. Drawings of circle-like figures are based heavily on his emotions with each figure representing major human organs such as the eyes, heart and brain.
