1992年生まれ　滋賀県在住　2014年から『やまなみ工房』に所属 やまなみ工房の入所を機に創作活動を始めた彼女は、はじめに描きたい物のテーマを決めると、そのイメージに合う写真や資料などの素材を組み合わせ一つの新たな作品を作り上げる。多くは色鉛筆が用いられ、色彩豊かな外国の街並みや、綺麗な草花、部屋を飾るインテリアなどの作品には、彼女の行きたい場所や触れてみたい物など、年頃の女性らしい夢や憧れが強く込められている。

born in 1998/ living in Shiga/ working at YAMANAMI since 2014 Azumi Koyama defined her own art style when she joined YAMANAMi. Her creative process is as follows: first, she decides of her artwork’s theme. Then she collects various materials, such as pictures or flyers which are suitable for the theme she chose. Finally, she combines them, creating her artwork. She also often uses color pencils in her works. Azumi’s dreams and aspirations as a young girl can be seen in the colorful towns of foreign countries, the pretty flowers, and the gorgeous interior designs in her works.
